Her Vent ("we", "us") is an anonymous peer-support platform for Indian girls. It is not a medical, therapy, or counselling service. You can reach us at hervent.official1604@gmail.com.
We receive what you choose to type into Let It Out, your challenge answers, a username, your anonymous token, and messages exchanged in Her Vent Chat. You are not asked for your real name, phone number, personal email, or a visitor account.
Submissions and chat messages are shown privately to authorised Her Vent listeners so they can respond. We do not publish anything containing self-harm details, abuse details, or personal identification.
The ₹9 Healing Circle payment is made directly by UPI. We ask for a payment screenshot or receipt only to confirm the transaction. We do not ask for or store your UPI PIN. The uploaded screenshot is private and is automatically deleted within 24 hours.
We do not run advertising trackers, do not sell your data, and do not build profiles of visitors. Like most websites, our hosting and form providers may temporarily process technical metadata (such as IP addresses) for security and abuse prevention.
You can delete your own Her Vent Chat from the chat page. For a Let It Out message or challenge submission, email us with your anonymous token and we will permanently delete the matching record after verification.
